You book, and the price is fixed there and then
Tell us where you are travelling from and to, when, and how many of you there are with how many large cases. The price on screen is the whole fare: the vehicle, tolls, taxes and any child seats. It does not change afterwards, and it does not change because the traffic was bad or the flight was late.
A few trips fall outside the standard fares. Those come back as a request rather than a price, and one of us sends you a firm figure by email, usually within the hour. You are not committed to anything until you accept it.
Give us the flight number, not the time
The flight number is what we track. An arrival time copied off a ticket stops being true the moment the flight moves; a flight number stays true all the way to the stand. If you are arriving by train, the train number does the same job.
Meeting your driver at the airport
Your driver waits in arrivals with a sign showing your name, and comes when you actually land rather than when you were scheduled to. Waiting is free for the first 60 minutes after landing, which covers passport control and the baggage hall in normal conditions. If you cannot see the sign, stay inside the terminal and call the office.
Being picked up at an address
For a hotel, an apartment or a house, the driver comes to the address you gave, at the time you booked. Give us a phone number you will have with you in Paris — it is how the driver reaches you if the street is closed or the entrance is round the back.
Paying
Cash in euros to the driver at the end of the journey, or the whole fare by card or PayPal at the moment you book. Nothing is charged online unless you choose to pay that way, and there is no deposit either way.
If anything changes
Send us your booking reference on WhatsApp or by email and say what has changed. Changes are free up to 24 hours before pickup. A change that alters the vehicle or the route may alter the price, and we send you the new price before we change anything.
