Before you travel

Delayed and early flights

We watch the flight, so you do not have to tell us

Your booking carries a flight number, and that is what we follow. If the aircraft leaves late, lands early or comes in at a different terminal, the pickup moves with it. There is nothing to message from the plane and nothing to reconfirm before you fly.

A delay does not change the fare

The price agreed when you booked is the price at the end of the journey, whatever time the plane actually landed. Waiting is free for the first 60 minutes after you land, which covers passport control and the baggage hall in normal conditions.

If you land early

Come through and look for the sign. The pickup follows the flight, so an early landing moves it earlier too. If you are out of the airport unusually fast, message the office and we will tell you where the driver is.

If the flight is cancelled or you are rebooked

Send us the new flight number as soon as you have it, with your booking reference — the number rather than a new time, because the number is what we track. We confirm the new pickup back to you. If the new flight is on another day that is a change like any other, and it is free up to 24 hours before the pickup we currently hold.

If you cannot find your driver

Stay inside the terminal and call the office. Going outside to look is the one thing that makes it take longer: arrivals is where the sign is, and it is where the driver is standing.
