WhatsApp is quickest
Message the office and you normally have an answer within the hour, in English, French, Spanish or Italian. It is also the fastest way to reach us on the day you travel.
When we answer
The office answers the phone from 07:00 to 22:00, Paris time, seven days a week. Outside those hours send a WhatsApp message or an email and we reply first thing.
Changing or cancelling a booking
Send us your booking reference and tell us what has changed. Changes are free up to 24 hours before pickup. If your flight has moved, give us the new flight number rather than a new time — we track the flight itself.
If you have landed and cannot find your driver
Call the office, and stay inside the terminal. Your driver waits in arrivals with a sign in your name, and waiting is free for the first 60 minutes after you land.
