What happens after you book

Booking takes a couple of minutes and the price you see is the price you pay. What is less obvious is what happens between the confirmation and the moment the car pulls up, so here it is in order.

You get a booking reference

The confirmation carries a booking reference. That reference is the only thing you ever need to quote to us — for a change, a question, or the driver on the day. You do not have to print anything: show the confirmation on your phone, or just give the reference.

We watch the flight, not the clock

Give us the flight number rather than a time. It is what we track, and it is what lets the driver arrive when you actually land rather than when you were scheduled to. If your flight number changes, tell us the new one as soon as you know it and we confirm the new pickup back to you.

A delay costs you nothing

Waiting is free for the first 60 minutes after you land, and a delay never changes the fare. This is the question the office answers most often, and the answer has not changed: the fixed price is fixed.

Changes are free up to 24 hours before

Send the booking reference and say what needs correcting. More passengers or more suitcases may mean a larger vehicle, and a different route may mean a different distance — where that changes the price we send you the new figure before we change anything. Nothing is altered behind your back.

Paying

If you chose to pay in cash, nothing is charged online and you pay the driver at the end of the trip.

Flying out instead

The same transfer runs in the other direction for the same fixed fare. Plan the pickup at least three hours before departure — four for Beauvais, which is the furthest of the three airports from Paris.
